Myho is a homeowner and landlord information platform. We help users track properties, monitor nearby sales, request sale or rental appraisals, find landlord services, compare professionals and receive property-related alerts.

The operating entity for Myho is the ABN holder of ABN 67 969 570 148, trading as Myho.

2. Personal Information We Collect

We may collect personal information including:

• account login information;
• property addresses, suburbs and property details;
• watched properties and notes you add;
• appraisal request details;
• contact preferences;
• notification preferences, including email, browser push and SMS preferences;

• type into Google-powered address suggestions and select a matched address.

• show nearby sales and market information;

• connect users with selected agents, property managers, service providers or professionals;
• provide sale alerts, email alerts, browser notifications and SMS alerts;

• review and approve professional or service provider listings;
• respond to enquiries and support requests;
• improve Myho's products, security and user experience;
• make transparent, rules-based inferences about possible user goals, journey stages and blockers so we can identify product needs and follow-up opportunities;

5. How We Use And Disclose Information

We may use and disclose personal information to:

• provide Myho services to you;
• display your saved property information in your account;
• send notifications you have enabled;
• process appraisal or service requests;
• share relevant request details with selected agents, property managers, service providers or professionals;
• publish approved reviews or professional listings where appropriate;
• send administrative or support communications;
• operate, secure, maintain and improve Myho;
• comply with laws, regulators, courts or lawful requests.

6. Appraisal Requests And Third Parties

If you submit a sale or rental appraisal request, we may share relevant details with selected sales agents, rental property managers or professionals so they can respond to your request.

This may include your name, email, optional phone number, property address, timeframe, notes and selected contact preferences.

7. Service Providers, Professionals And Reviews

If you register as a service provider or professional, we may collect and display business profile information you submit, subject to review and approval.

If you submit a review, we may moderate it before publication. Published reviews may show rating, comment, target business or professional, and other non-sensitive review details.

We may keep internal records to help verify whether a review is linked to a genuine Myho request.

8. Alerts And SMS

If you enable alerts, we may use your email address, browser notification subscription or phone number to send property-related alerts.

If you enable SMS alerts, Myho may send property-related SMS messages to your phone number. You can opt out of SMS alerts by using the opt-out instructions provided, such as replying STOP where applicable, or by contacting us.

9. Cookies, Local Storage And Analytics

Myho may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, operate the dashboard, improve performance and understand usage.

Optional product analytics are collected only after you choose to allow them. If you sign in, analytics events may be associated with your account, session and relevant property context.

We use transparent, rules-based processing to infer possible goals, journey stages and blockers. These outputs are inferences rather than facts about you, and help us improve Myho, identify unmet needs and decide where human follow-up may be useful.

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time in Account Settings. After withdrawal, Myho stops collecting new optional analytics for the affected browser or signed-in account. You can also use Account Settings to delete stored account analytics data. Myho continues to work when optional analytics are off.

10. Google Address Suggestions

When you use address suggestions, the text you type, your IP address and necessary device or request information are sent to Google so it can return matching places. Google's handling of that information is governed by its own privacy terms.

Myho stores the final property address and coordinates you choose. We do not store the suggestion list or unsubmitted search text in Myho analytics.

11. Storage And Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

We use third-party technology providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, email delivery and related infrastructure. No online service can guarantee complete security.

12. Overseas Disclosure

Some of our technology providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States or other countries where their infrastructure or service providers operate.

By using Myho, you understand that your information may be processed by these service providers as needed to operate the platform.

13. Access And Correction

You may request access to personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

You can update some account information, withdraw analytics consent and delete stored account analytics directly in Account Settings. For other requests, contact info@myho.com.au.

14. Retention

Product analytics events are generally retained for up to 13 months. Account, property and request records are retained while needed to provide Myho, manage requests, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

15. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us at info@myho.com.au.

Please include your name, contact details and a description of the issue.

We will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

16. Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on Myho with the latest update date.

If we make material changes, we may take reasonable steps to notify users.
