1. About Myho

Myho is a homeowner and landlord information platform. It is designed to help users track properties, monitor nearby sales, understand market signals, request sale or rental appraisals, compare professionals, find landlord service providers, and receive property-related alerts.

Myho is not a real estate agency, buyer search platform, auction platform, valuation firm, financial adviser, legal adviser, tax adviser, building inspector, conveyancer or property manager.

2. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, adding a property, submitting an appraisal request, registering as a service provider or professional, or leaving a review.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account has been misused, contains false information, or creates risk for Myho, users, professionals or service providers.

3. Property Information And Market Data

Myho may display property details, nearby sales, suburb information, estimated ranges, market indicators, selling readiness signals and other property-related content.

This information is provided for general information only. It may be based on public sources, third-party sources, user-submitted information, internal data, automated logic, estimates, assumptions or incomplete records.

Myho does not guarantee that property data, sale data, estimates, recommendations, alerts or market insights are complete, current, accurate or suitable for your specific circumstances.

You should not rely on Myho as a substitute for independent advice from a licensed real estate agent, valuer, financial adviser, legal adviser, tax adviser, conveyancer, building inspector or other qualified professional.

4. Sale And Rental Appraisal Requests

Myho may allow you to request a sale appraisal or rental appraisal for a property.

When you submit an appraisal request, you authorise Myho to use the information you provide to help process that request and, where relevant, share it with selected agents, property managers or professionals.

Any appraisal, rental estimate, agency advice or professional service is provided by the relevant third party, not by Myho. Myho is not responsible for the advice, conduct, fees, availability, representations or services of third-party agents, property managers, professionals or service providers.

5. Landlord Services And Professional Listings

Myho may display service providers, sales agents, rental property managers or other professionals.

A listing on Myho does not mean Myho guarantees, endorses or verifies every aspect of that provider's licence, insurance, performance, pricing, availability or suitability.

Service providers and professionals are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit. Myho may approve, reject, hide, edit, suspend or remove listings where we reasonably consider it appropriate.

Users should make their own enquiries before engaging any third party.

6. Reviews

Myho may allow users to submit reviews of service providers, sales agents, rental property managers or other professionals.

Reviews must be honest, based on a genuine experience, and must not be false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, spam, promotional, or submitted in bad faith.

Myho may moderate, approve, reject, edit, hide or remove reviews at its discretion. We may also restrict review access where we believe the review is not genuine or does not meet our review standards.

Submitting a review does not guarantee publication.

7. Notifications And Alerts

Myho may offer email alerts, browser push notifications, SMS alerts or other notifications about nearby sales, property activity, platform updates or related services.

You can manage notification preferences in your account settings where available.

For SMS alerts, you must provide a phone number and consent to receive SMS alerts. You may opt out of SMS alerts by following the opt-out instructions provided, such as replying STOP where applicable, or by contacting us.

Alerts are informational only and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of information and content you submit to Myho, including property details, notes, reviews, service provider information and professional profile information.

You grant Myho a licence to use, store, display, process, adapt and share that content as reasonably needed to operate, improve, moderate and promote the platform.

You must not submit content that you do not have the right to provide.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use Myho to:

• submit false, misleading or unlawful information;
• impersonate another person or business;
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer or misuse the platform;
• interfere with the security or operation of Myho;
• upload malicious code;
• harass, threaten or defame another person;
• use Myho for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

10. Fees

Myho is currently offered as a free platform for users.

We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, we will provide information about pricing and payment terms before you are charged.

11. Platform Availability And Changes

Myho may change, suspend, remove or discontinue features at any time.

We aim to keep the platform available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all features will always be available.

12. Intellectual Property

Myho, including its branding, design, software, content, layout, tools, graphics and platform features, is owned by or licensed to Myho.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Myho content or software unless we give you written permission.

13. Third-Party Links And Services

Myho may contain links to third-party websites, professionals, service providers, tools or services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, advice, services, availability, privacy practices or terms.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myho is not liable for loss arising from your reliance on property data, market insights, alerts, estimates, professional listings, reviews, appraisal requests or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

15. Termination

You may stop using Myho at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, provide false information, create risk for other users or third parties, or where we reasonably need to protect Myho.

16. Privacy

Myho collects and handles personal information. Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms do not replace our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will apply from the date it is posted on Myho, unless otherwise stated.

If a change is material, we may take reasonable steps to notify users.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

You and Myho submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
